The Chairmen and staff committee has decided below mentioned terms and condition to run Syeda Fatima-Tu-Zahra Hospital.
General Terms & Conditions:
It is decided by The Chairmen that Hospital will bear 60% of its expenses and 40% of its expenses will be paid by the help of respected donors’ especially Pharmaceutical expense.
Emergency:
- In case of emergency, patient health will be top priority no matter how much it costs.
- In emergency, patient will get free 1st Aid.
- Hospital will bear Ambulance service charges in case of emergency.
Special Quota:
- The Staff committee has decided that only the neediest people will get each and every service of hospital free of cost if and only if approved by chairmen Mr. Sadiq Ali Chitrani or Moulana Asghar Ali Jara himself.
Outdoor Patients:
- Chairmen and staff committee has decided that outdoor patient’s check-up will be totally free. There will be no consultant charges. Hospital will bear 100% outdoor patient’s consultant fee.
- Outdoor patients will be charged 60% of Lab Tests fee in case patient has to perform some tests. Hospital will bear 40% of Lab Tests fee of all outdoor patients.
- Hospital will also bear medicine bill of all patients if total sum of medicine bill is below Rs 500 /-.
- If medicine bill of patient is above Rs 500/-, hospital will bear Rs 500/- only as discussed in above point. Patient will be charged rest of the bill.
- If consultant recommends patient to admit at any stage of check-up, that specific patient will no more be considered as outdoor patient. That patient will be considered as indoor patient and above terms and conditions do not apply.
Indoor Patients:
- Chairmen and staff committee has decided that hospital will bear 100% consultant fee of indoor patients except fee of operation or surgery.
- Indoor patients will pay 60% of operation or surgery fee. Hospital will bear 40% of it.
- Indoor patients will be charged 60% of Lab Tests fee in case patient has to perform some tests. Hospital will bear 40% of Lab Tests fee of all indoor patients.
- Hospital will also bear medicine bill of all patients if total sum of medicine bill is below Rs 500 /-.
- If medicine bill of patient is above Rs 500/-, hospital will bear Rs 500/- only as discussed in above point. Patient will be charged rest of the bill.
- In case of surgery, hospital will bear 40% fee regarding all aspects.
- Hospital will also arrange blood for patients free of cost if needed.
- Hospital will bear 40% of all bill charged to indoor patients which will include Lab tests invoices, Blood Banks invoices, Surgery Invoices, Consultant invoices, medicine invoices & room rent invoices.
